These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HomeWorth mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use HomeWorth.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us at info@mgmscalecraft.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Informational estimates, not appraisals
Home-value estimates, ranges, upgrade ROI calculations, and the Home Wealth Score are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a formal appraisal, a broker price opinion, an offer to lend, tax advice, or financial advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for buying, selling, borrowing, insuring, or renovating.
4. Third-party offers and providers
HomeWorth may show offers from third-party providers (for example, contractors, solar installers, lenders, or insurers). When you choose to request a quote or connect with a provider, you are entering a separate relationship with that provider on their terms. We are not responsible for their products, services, or conduct.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
- Do not submit information about a property you have no reasonable interest in, or another person's data without permission.
- Do not scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by Media Growth Master Corp or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Growth Master Corp and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD $100.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from /delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, where required, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Media Growth Master Corp is organized, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law says otherwise.
